However, we would appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. When it comes to actual payment, your financial details are handled by PayPal or Braintree (as set out above) with a secure, encrypted system so we will never actually see you credit card details. All we get are your order and delivery details along with a confirmation from PayPal that you have completed the transaction.
